Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order (Both COD and Pre-paid) within 12 hours from the time you placed an order with us.

You will be getting an intimation through email and WhatsApp once your order is shipped.

All you need to do is send us an email to customercare@tredyfoods.com with the subject titled as Cancellation "#your Order No." and the reason for your cancellation.

Refund Policy for PAID Orders

Subjected to the conditions mentioned in our cancellation policy any amount credited to our account will be refunded.

We will refund your money back asap but kindly allow us 15 days from the date of refund request to process the refund. 

Refund Policy for COD Orders

If you place an order for the first time with us and if that is a COD order you will be getting a phone call from us to confirm the same. Only after getting confirmation for such COD orders we will be despatching the same. Please white list our contact numbers 97872 66666 and 914446276089 to facilitate landing of calls. If in case you have already placed a COD order which has been delivered to you  we will be despatching it without calling for any confirmation. This being the case if an order taken delivery under COD is returned for any reason we will be refunding the Order value reduced by any COD charges that was charged while placing such order to your bank account only. Please furnish your bank detalis like your Account name, Bank Name, Bank Branch Name and IFS code and Account number to facilitate the refund. 

We will refund your money back as mentioned above asap but kindly allow us a maximum of 15 days from the date of refund request to process the refund.
