Covid-19 Lockdown Updates

Delivery Updates -

  • Pickup only: Currently, our courier partners are not able to provide us with door delivery because of numerous constraints. We can only provide delivery to their hub offices from where the customer needs to come in and pick it up. For instance in Chennai, your orders will be sent to your closest neighborhood hubs and customers should need to go and pick up the products. Similarly in other cities, order will be held in their hub office for pickup. 
  • COD Not available: COD orders is currently not an option to a vast majority of pin codes because of new difficulties in handling and processing cash payments.
  • Intrastate delivery options limited : Deliveries outside Tamil Nadu and Bengaluru are limited and depends on post code. 

Product Availability Updates -

  • Vendor - Our vendor network is vast and spread across India. Each is facing unique issues ranging from being unable to open the stores, limited manpower or lack of shipping options from their origin. We are trying our best to source the items but current events are making this beyond our control.
  • Kitchenware products can be sourced easier than food products. Delivery of food products can be delayed as we want to provide only fresh and authentic products.

Mangoes -

  • Mangoes are available immediately for shipping. But the above restriction of hub pickup and pre-paid orders apply. 
  • We have COD delivery options available for Salem, Tirupur and parts of Chennai. Please contact customer care for more details.

Reopen after Covid-19 Lockdown

We are open, and operating with a very limited capacity.

Our Courier Partners are still opening their network. It is difficult to guarantee a delivery date but we are hoping to have more clarity in 3 days.  Cash on Delivery orders will be more problematic than pre-paid orders due to the issues in physically handling cash.

Our Customer Care team will be calling all customers with orders before we ship out the orders.  Also, all our food products will be made or procured to guarantee fresh products.

Furthermore, here are the steps we are undertaking to guarantee safe, fast and fresh delivery of your orders.

  • Regular deep clean of premises
  • Gloves, and masks worn on premises with periodic handwashes
  • Daily health monitor of employees and adequate safe social distancing
  • Minimize contact with your products
