Wheat Rava:

Easily digestable, less fat, good for diabetic.

Ingredients :

Double roasted wheat millet broken and sieved rava. Ready to cook.

Direction of use :

Put oil in pressure cooker, cracked mustard seeds, add chana dal, urad dal, red chillies, curry leaf, chopped green chilles, chopped onions fry well and add green peas, salt and add one cup of roasted rava and add 2 cups of water and pressure cook it for 10 minutes in low fire. 2 spoon of ghee enhances the taste.
