Ragi Vermicelli - (Finger Millet) :

Rich in protein, fibre, calcium, iron, prevents from osteoporosis and cholesterol, strengthens bone.

Ingredients :

Finger millet flour and wheat flour.

Direction of use :

Rinse the content in plain water and steam the vermicelli in idly steamer when cooked put oil in kadai, cracked mustard seeds, add chana dal, urad dal, red chillies, curry leaf, chopped green chilles, chopped onions fry well and add green peas, salt and add cooked vermicelli stir well, sprinkle little water and close the lid for 5 minutes and serve hot. 2 spoon of ghee enhances the taste.
